HEMPSTEAD, Texas — Authorities in Texas have released a video covering the three hours before Sandra Bland was found dead in her jail cell.

A transcript of the video released Monday by the Waller County sheriff's department shows that for more than 90 minutes before the 28-year-old Naperville, Illinois, was found dead, there was no movement in the hallway leading to her cell.

Bland was arrested July 10 after officials said she became uncooperative during a traffic stop. She was found dead in her cell on July 13. Authorities say Bland hanged herself, but her family questions that account.

Meanwhile, a dashcam video of the traffic stop has yet to be publicly released.
